Chappy's 42

Consensus is that getting older ain't so much fun (hello reading glasses, aching knees and gray hair...not on me, of course, but on others!), however, if you're getting older it means you're still alive, and my friend Chappy is definitely one ALIVE senorita!!

 To celebrate her birthday, she organized a karaoke party at Hill Country BBQ in downtown DC. Only Chappy. While I demurred on the chance to take center stage, I loved seeing her up there singing, Redneck Woman, which got the crowd singing "Hell ya"!

Amber and Kristen Glenn also braved the stage....kudos to them!
