As I went to remove the muffins from the oven, I could not get a grip! I was pushing and shoving the blasted thing all over the oven in an attempt to get a grip without burning myself, and this is what happened:

A Baking Mishap
Seven frozen bananas. A bag full of walnuts. And a lonely muffin pan. Sounds like it's time to whip up a batch of banana nut muffins!
As I went to remove the muffins from the oven, I could not get a grip! I was pushing and shoving the blasted thing all over the oven in an attempt to get a grip without burning myself, and this is what happened:
The stupid thing tipped off the back of the rack and slid upside down to the lower rack. Grrrr....
I lost all but four muffins to the (dirty) floor of the oven! And they were good too!
